Clarity is the Community Content Coordinator at the Cincinnati and Hamilton County Public Library and is an archivist for the Ohio Lesbian Archives. She is pursuing her dual-master's degree in LIS and User Experience Design (UXD) at Kent State University.
Improving Virtual Reference Services for LGBTQIA+ Users
Public libraries can do more to improve virtual reference services for their LGBTQIA+ users and customers. Cincinnati and Hamilton County Public Library and other library systems are leading the way.
